Ingredients


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon honey, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • ½ cup raspberries, mashed

Directions

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix yogurt, 1½ tablespoons honey, vanilla extract and chia seeds.
  2. Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among the four slices of toast, spreading it evenly. Divide the mashed raspberries evenly among the four toasts, spreading on top. Drizzle remaining honey on each toast to taste.
