Elvis Presley was said to love the combo of peanut butter and bananas. It’s a shame he never got to taste them in this great Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie instead of deep-fried in a... sandwich. It’s creamy, rich, and a truly satisfying way to get in some extra protein and calories when you need them. For a decadent King-like treat, add chocolate chips.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Add more almond milk for a less thick smoothie.

The riper the banana, the sweeter your smoothie will be. Use unsweetened peanut butter – check the label to see what’s in there. If you are vegan, use a protein powder to suit your needs. Always buy the best quality you can afford. If you are on a high protein high calorie diet use whole milk which has more calories and protein than almond milk.
