Reducing Your Breast Cancer Risk Through Food
Though not one single food or diet can completely reduce your risk, roughly 38% of all breast cancers could be avoided with healthy lifestyle changes, including a plant-based diet. You don’t have to become a vegetarian or vegan overnight, though it will require rethinking of certain eating habits. But that’s what we’re all about, so here are some of our faves.
