Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup dried cherries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a container with a lid, place the oats, almond milk, cherries, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir to combine and cover with the lid. 
  2. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight, at least six hours.
  3. In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and serve cold or warm in microwave. Top with nuts or berries as desired.

Overnight oatmeal can be made in any way you like. Different dried fruit, non-dairy milk, different spices, and nuts can be added to suit your liking.
