Microwave Strawberry Compote

Microwave is the best way to cook this super-quick compote. Eat it on its own with some yogurt or spooned over a slice of simple pound cake for an easy dessert. It’s also... a good way to use frozen strawberries or to use up fresh strawberries that aren’t quite perfect. When using frozen strawberries, don’t defrost them first, just cook them for 1 minute or so longer than fresh.
