Ingredients

  • ¾-pounds medium ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut into ¾-inch dice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 prunes, quartered, pits removed
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 whole clove
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almonds, toasted sliced
