¾-pounds medium ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut into ¾-inch dice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
3 prunes, quartered, pits removed
2 tablespoons water
1 whole clove
2 cups cottage cheese
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup almonds, toasted sliced

Directions
