These healthy delicious pastas make weeknight dinners quick and easy.  If you think beyond the typical tomato sauce, pastas are a terrific vehicle for vegetables of all kinds, from broccoli and kale to... asparagus and peas. And turkey and chicken are great tasting substitutes in meat sauces, so much lighter and healthier for us than beef and just as tasty. In a nutshell, all the pasta dishes here are delicious, and all are quick to make, even the baked ones. Cooked from scratch, some take as little as 30 minutes to get to the table. Just put the water on and get prepping. By the time the water has boiled and pasta is cooked, the sauce will be ready to eat, and so will you!
