Basic White Beans
Learn how to prepare white beans from scratch in this video. This is a basic recipe for cooking dried white beans. Just remember, dried beans will not soften if cooked in salted water. i didnt know salt prohibited softening. Too late! they are already simmering. What now?

No problem! A little salt at the beginning cooking stages won't ruin your beans, but it may take longer to cook them until they're totally creamy. Hope that helps!
