    1 level teaspoon matcha
    2 tablespoons hot water
    3/4 cup milk of choice

Directions

  1. In the bottom of a wide mouthed cup whisk together the matcha and the hot water until the matcha becomes foamy.
  2. Meanwhile heat the milk until it just starts to foam. Gradually whisk into the matcha mixture until used up. Top with the foam.

Chef Tips

To make the creamy, milky foam, give it a quick blast with an immersion blender, but do it in a tall cup or glass so it doesn’t go everywhere.
