Ingredients

  • ½ avocado,  peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup milk, or more if needed
  • ⅓ cup pineapple, frozen
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ice cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if you prefer. Best if served immediately.

Chef Tips

Haas avocados give this drink its velvety texture. If you use large green Florida avocados, they are lighter in taste and texture, and a little sweeter. Because of their size, you will probably need only ⅓ to ¼ of a fruit for this recipe.

For a dairy free drink, blend with soy or almond milk.
