Good Friday Fish Dishes

Good Friday is a somber day. Traditionally it is a day for fasting, though not in the absolute sense. As a sign of respect and piety many choose to abstain from rich foods, such as meat and fish is usually eaten.  The meal can be simple or complex, but I like to keep it traditional and straightforward,  as in Spanish Style Cod with Chickpeas, or Fish Roasted in Lemons..., both easy yet deliciously understated dishes. Here is a whole selection here of similarly easy ideas, some traditional others not, for Good Friday fish dishes.
