Hello, it’s Ann Ogden-Gaffney, the Founder of Cook for Your Life. I started out working in fashion, but when I was diagnosed with cancer, I realized that I had a very different skill set to offer my community: cooking. I love to cook and helping others learn healthy cooking skills has been a major contribution to my recovery. I hope it will be beneficial to you too. This newsletter will tell you all about Cook for Your Life.
