Poached Eggs

This is another favorite breakfast-egg preparation, and it happens to be delicious in salads, too. These poached eggs are cooked without any fat and are easy to digest — a good thing for those in or coming out of treatment. Make sure if you are on a low-microbial diet that you cook the eggs thoroughly until they are hard.
