  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks 
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled 
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped 
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped 
  • ½ cup chickpea flour, almond flour, whole-wheat flour, or all-purpose flour 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
