Lentil Recipes

How to buy: Be sure to buy lentils from a store with a lot of foot traffic so you know they are fresh. Older lentils will take longer to cook.
Storage: Keep dried lentils in a cool dark place in an airtight container. Cooked lentils should be refrigerated and eaten within three days. Freeze cooked lentils for up to six months.
