Ingredients

    2 fresh plums, pitted and cut into a small dice

    2 fresh peaches, pitted and cut into a small dice

    1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped

    1 tablespoon of your favorite honey

    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Kosher salt, to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, place the diced plums and peaches and add all the remaining ingredients. Carefully mix using a fork or spatula, but do it gently so as to not break up the fruit.

Chef Tips

The fruits should be about half and half.  Since plums come in all shapes and sizes, if they look small compared to the peaches, up the quantity to 4.
