White miso is the sweetest and lightest tasting of all the miso pastes. It adds really great flavor to sauces and dressings. This savory dressing has the additional rich taste of sesame in the tahini...

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup white miso paste
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Chef Tips

For extra taste, try making this dressing with toasted sesame oil.

Also, for those who are allergic to sesame seeds or tree nuts, try using sunflower seed butter as a substitute for the tahini, and grapeseed oil for the sesame. It won’t be the same, but it will still b good.
