Ingredients

    2 bananas, halved lengthwise then halved across

    1/2 lemon, juiced

    2 teaspoons butter

    2 teaspoons honey

    2 teaspoons chopped pistachios

    1/2 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, peeled and thinly sliced

    2 large pieces of parchment paper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place half of all ingredients on top of one piece of parchment and repeat process with the second piece of parchment paper.
  3. Wrap up your first parchment by folding the left and right corners of the paper toward the center, creasing the edges shut as tightly as you can. Next, fold and crease the top and bottom edges toward the center. Repeat for the second package.
  4. Bake on a sheet pan for 5 minutes until well heated through and very aromatic. Cut the paper open right before eating and serve immediately.

Chef Tips

Alternatively, bake everything in a glass baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
