  1. Combine the banana and ice cubes in the blender, and blend until smooth. Drink!

Chef Tips

You can use a frozen banana for this too – just be sure to blend it well before adding the ice cubes.

If you like nutmeg, add a grate or two of fresh spice to the banana before blending.
