Set Your SMART Goals

It’s time to set your SMART Goals for the week.

SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timeframe. Examples of some SMART goals are: improving diet quality or preparing your own meals more often or adding in a mindfulness practice.

Below is space to write in in the first goal you how to work towards. Once you write in your goal, we’d like you to tell how how often you plant to execute this goal, where you plan to achieve this goal and with whom (get your friends and family involved to help you stay on track!).
